Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my incredible fianc JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. A majority of my followers know me through my Instagram @annephung. I share my daily life, highs and lows, as well as all in between. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my family, including my brothers and parents at the age of one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of perseverance and sacrifice it is likely that I would not share my story. So that they could give their children an opportunity to live a successful future, I focused on achieving success and put in the effort to achieve it. I had a plan in life: go to university and get a corporate job, get married, buy an apartment and have children. My life that I thought I would have did not turn out to be. 2013 was the year I realized the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. Although the salary and status were good, I didn't feel like the work was satisfying. In reality, I thought I was simply wasting my time. I was passionate about exercising and enjoyed getting out and about with friends. when I was navigating the new direction in my life. I found my calling in personal training. In 2014, I founded my small company and I will celebrate the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. Very few Asian women have a job in the world of fashion. As a coach, my goal is to inspire people to live a healthy and fulfilled life through creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to every person's individual needs and desires. It is my aim for me to help others chase their dreams, and to lead the lives they've always wished for. My career exploded as I was experiencing the most successful times of my life. My mother died just as my career took off. After an eight-year struggle with the disease, she is currently resting at Heaven. I will never forget her, and always remember her in my mind and my heart. The lessons of life can be hidden from us however they are extremely useful. My loss has impacted my life in several ways. It is my belief that my death provided me with the opportunity to begin a new chapter. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. The opportunity was there to begin her new life which gave me the chance to lead living a happy and fulfilling life. In my 30's, it is the first moment that I feel as if that I'm alive. In sharing the tale of my life, it is in the hope that others will be able to understand my feelings and thoughts. In order to feel that they are not alone. And that there is real love. Therapy is necessary and is not unusual. Also, the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. As death is all we have in life, I hope you enjoy the rest of your days and live without regrets.
